A member is not allowed to have more than one account at the same / multiple shipping addresses or IP addresses. 4.0.0. PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION

4.1.0. www.exprocart.in makes best effort to provide accurate product and pricing information. However we do not guarantee that the product description or other content on this site is correct, complete, current, accurate, reliable or without any error. In the event that a product is listed on the website is with incorrect pricing or description or other information due to human, technical, informational, typographical or any other error exprocart.in reserves the right at it’s sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order(s) placed for the product and immediately change, amend, correct and / or remove the incorrect pricing / information.

4.2.0. In case of cancellation, any payment if already collected from the customer shall be refunded without any additional compensation, within 15 working days of such cancellation due to corrective action. The payment shall be refunded in the same mode as received at the time of placing the order. Cash on delivery orders shall be refunded by cheque.

 4.3.0. If a product described or listed with error is shipped to you, the sole remedy available to you in such event is to return the product in unused condition as per the return policy of these terms and conditions.

4.4.0. All products purchased from exprocart.in are on the basis of ex-warehouse contracts. That means our responsibility is to deliver the products to the carrier at our warehouse and the risk of loss and title of the purchased products is passed on to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4.5.0. Some products are color specific, means these are selected, bought and sold based on their color of appearance. We make best efforts to display their true colors as accurately as possible, in the product description as well as on the advertisements for promotion of sales. However the actual color that you see will depend upon display of your monitor and the condition of your equipment. You must be flexible to accept variations in colors due to such reasons.

5.0.0. RETURN POLICY

We make best efforts to ensure that the products ordered by you are dispatched accurately and carefully. We are committed to provide high class customer service, quality of product and complete satisfaction to you. In case you may wish to return the products purchased by you, please make sure that you follow the instructions listed below in order to ensure a hassle free and speedy refund / exchange as offered on your products subject to any specific return policy mentioned in the description of your product(s). No interest is paid on the refund, though we try to process it as quickly as possible

5.1.0. The products you wish to return must be in the unused original condition and must be returned within 7 days of receipt by you.

5.2.0. The shipping cost for returning the products / goods shall be paid by you, including for those products which are offered with free shipping by exprocart.in

5.3.0. Products should be in original new condition as sent to you. The original invoice must be sent back with the returning products for cancellation.

5.4.0. Where ever given the manufacturer’s serial number on the box / packing of the product or on the product itself will be mentioned on the invoice. The returning products / items must match the serial number written on the invoice. This is to avoid interchange of the products, in case you buy the same product from another source also.

5.5.0. Scratched or used products are not accepted for return. Original barcodes, tags, labels product and brand packaging should be in original condition.

5.6.0. The products shall be returned in the original box which shall not be damaged / tempered with by sticking labels or writing on it except for redirecting to us.

5.7.0. Any container e.g. sachets, packets etc. in the box accompanying the product shall not be opened / tempered with.

5.8.0. You shall ensure that at the time of accepting the delivery from the carrier, the packaging is not damaged / tempered in case it is so you shall refuse to accept delivery and inform our customer support centre immediately by e-mail with the order number and the details of the item.

5.9.0. If you wish to replace / exchange the product, please call / e-mail to our customer support centre.

5.10.0. This policy shall be read in conjunction with other terms and conditions of exprocart.in We reserve the right to change our policy at any time without giving any prior notice. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Please review this policy periodically to ensure that you are aware of the changes if any from time to time.

6.0.0. SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY

6.1.0. We ship to all locations in India where India Post (speed post) or reputed Courier partner like DTDC, First Flight etc. have service centers for delivery of the goods.

6.2.0. The Standard delivery time by speed post / couriers, to most of the locations in India is 3-4 business days (excluding Sundays and other holidays), to some remote areas they deliver in 7-8 days.

6.3.0. The Locket number of the India Post / Courier Company is e-mailed to you and also posted On “My Account” on our website after the shipment is sent. Shipments can be tracked from the My Account page and on status page of the courier company’s websites.

6.4.0. All prices are inclusive of applicable Sales Tax and all shipments are sent with Tax paid invoices and manufacturer’s serial no. of the product wherever given, is mentioned on the invoice.

6.5.0. Selected products may be purchased by you with free shipping. However in case of their return / exchange, you will have to bear the cost for returning shipment.

6.6.0. For some products of voluminous / heavy or valuable nature, there may be a shipping cost paid by you with the price. In case of return of such products shipping charges are not refundable.

6.7.0. For the safety and security of your purchase. All shipments are dispatched in Good quality and temper proof packing.

6.8.0. We dispatch most of the order shipments same day or the next working day of the receipt of the order, however some orders may take up to 7 working days (excluding Sundays & holidays) for dispatch due to reasons beyond our control / unexpected circumstances.

7.1.0.Please note that there may be certain orders that we may not be able to accept and must be cancelled due to error in pricing or information, limitation on quantity available for sale, non compliance with our policy, problems identified by our fraud avoidance team / legal department or any other reason without limitation. www.exprocart.in reserves it’s right at it’s sole discretion to cancel any order without explaining any reason. However exprocart.in shall ensure that the communication of cancellation of order is sent to the concerned person within appropriate time and the money if collected is refunded within reasonable time and in the same mode as received except for the payment collected in cash e.g. in case of shipment sent on COD basis etc., the refund will be done through cheque. 8.5.0. All shipments will be dispatched only after confirmation of receipt of payment in our bank account & as per other terms and conditions of user agreement, except for COD shipments.

8.6.0. www.exprocart.in reserves the right to take legal action against any person for fraudulently using any of the payment methods on the website, breach of user agreement or any other unlawful act / omission and also recover from that person the cost of goods, incidental expenses incurred such as lawyers / court fees, etc.
